A Little About Me — and Why This Blog Is Just for Women
Hi, I’m Nataly — a fitness professional with over 27 years of experience, a bachalore degree in Fitness, Rehabilitation & Fitness Management, and a fierce passion for supporting women through every stage of life.
My journey began in Munich, Germany, where I worked as a personal trainer and educator, guiding everyone from everyday women to celebrities toward their strongest, most confident selves. In 2021, I moved to Halifax, Canada, and in 2022, my family and I opened the first and only EMS (Electro Muscle Stimulation) personal training studio in Atlantic Canada.
But that’s just the highlight reel.
In 2009, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease — a turning point that changed everything. It forced me to slow down, to listen, and to truly learn what health means, especially for women. I realized just how often we put everyone else first, how stress and self-neglect quietly build up — and how that can literally make us sick.
That experience didn’t break me. It made me more compassionate. More curious. More committed to helping women reclaim their power.

Because we need more than cookie-cutter fitness advice. We need honest conversations about menopause, PCOS, hormonal shifts, pregnancy, aging, energy, recovery — and how to navigate it all while juggling careers, families, and everything in between.
